Francis W T Lee is a specialist in family medicine in private practice in Hong Kong.

Dr Lee obtained his medical degree in 1975 from the University of Hong Kong. After working as a private practitioner from 1980 to 1992, he took up position as Medical Officer in the Department of Radiology, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Hong Kong. From 2003 to 2009, he served as Medical Officer in the Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care, Hospital Authority, Hong Kong. He has recently retired from that position and entered private practice again.

Currently, Dr Lee is a member of the Board of Education, Hong Kong College of Family Physicians (HKCFP). He is also an examiner for the Conjoint HKCFP/Royal Australian College of General Practitioners Fellowship Examination, and Exit Examination of the HKCFP. From 2005 to 2009, Dr Lee was a trainer and supervisor in family medicine for the Hospital Authority, Hong Kong.
